Three steps per slot
01
Size the node
Pick by memory, not by marketing. Big scenes, long timelines and large local models take the Ultra tiers; build and test jobs usually don't.
02
Take the slot, get root
SSH and Screen Sharing credentials at slot start. Clean current macOS. Bring your own toolchain, runner, licences and cache — install script, brew bundle, whatever you already use.
03
Pull your output, we wipe the box
Copy artefacts off before the window closes. At slot end the machine is erased and re-imaged. Nothing you left behind survives, including anything you meant to keep.
The queue is the product until the rack is full.
